If I'm not mistaken, the lineup for the London night (and possibly others) contains : CJ and the Satellites (CJ is a long standing Wildhearts guitarist) The God Damned Whores (The guitarist is John Poole, bass player from The Cardiacs and later a variety of Ginger's bands including The Wildhearts. Ginger played Bass for them when we last saw them.) Ginger and the Scorchers - dunno anything about this. I think the big American guitarist who toured with him with The Sonic Circus is in the band, but that's all I know. Should be a good night.

A sneak preview can be found here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCptVA_d3_8 That video is now up on youTube in full: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KuFGsDl0kLw I love this band SO much! We must have seen them or Ginger in one of his other guises nearly twenty times by now. They never disappoint - fantastic live and recorded. I would love to see them headlining a tent at Download. Come to the Astoria gig in December. Their Christmas gigs are always a riot! Edit: for the stronger stomached and politically incorrect of you, check out Howlin' Willie C unt. Not for the fainthearted! [8D]

Thought I should post something in here. I'm sure Sam was waiting for me. [8D] Should be going to the Wolves and Manchester dates in December, hopefully. Definitely going to at least one, though.

I love the Wildhearts. One of my favourite gigs was the Wildhearts earlier this year at Sheffield Corp. I would love to go see them again at like Manchester except I would have no way of getting back till morning and I can't afford a hotel.

one of my mates had an argument with someone from ginger and the sonic circus in the VIP bar at download. it all started earlyer in the day when a girl i know went over during an interview, took his hat off and gave him a kiss on the cheek, he took it the wrong way and had a right good ol go and this girl. i personaly thought it was a top move. the interview didnt make TV which i was gutted about.

Headlining or late in a tent would suit the band's style better, but I'd be grateful to see them there in any capacity. I just feel they suit the night time better. Anyone coming to the London Christmas gig?
