Howdy!

Cos im a chav theif innit! on the way to gigs i cant resist the urge to break into some old ladies house and steal her ****! but then while playing on stage i have a fit of guilt and in a blind rage at myself feel the overwhelming urge to smash it up and hide the evidence.

(serious answer: i know someone who works in a pawn shop, gives me the broken dvds and vids to smash up, they are good cos the shrapnel is limited and the shock they can take is high)

Im actualy getting a bit bored of the smashing thing now but the fans like it, so i'll do it until theyre bored too... ive got a chainsaw now  just need ot work out what im gonna do with it hahaha!!

I caught most of your set when you were supporting Sepultura in Islington a few weeks back. Excellent stuff - very impressed.

I meant to go and find an album, but haven't got around to it yet. But I will

My question to you would have been "Have you got anything recorded yet?" - but I can see above that you've already answered that. I'll have to think of something better to ask.

cheers dude!!.

i can make it more interesting if you like?..." thanks for your question.. no, we havent recorded anything yet, we plan on doing something soon inbetween listening to mid 90's nu-metal and licking the cats butt".

XXL has been out in UK since 2006 and in Japan since April 2007, New album should be out late this year or early 2008!

And can you please, please kick the crap out of the Gallagher Brothers...that would be worthy of a headlining spot at Donny.

gigs please see above.., and as for how we met, my self Oz (guitar) and effon (drums) have been playing in bands since 99 (most notable was Age of Ruin - average metalcore/hardcore/heavy metal nonsense) and our bassist Ross, is the singer and guitarist for UK metal titans DESCENT.

We met after playing shows together back in the day and kept in touch. formed head-on purely as a laugh and have been playing since..

there is a gay man on man flick with the same title - we took it from that.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0138487/

nah, real answer is that we formed for a laugh and decided we'd play what kind of music we wanted in a sea of emo tastic screamo bands - we called ourselves head-on to indicate we didnt care, we were gonna play what we wanted, tackle the scene head-on as it were..

pretty heroic huh!!  I AM MAN!

I misunderstood that. I pictured you singing "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)" by Dead or Alive. Somehow, I can't see you fitting into the the Pete Burns' role.

Actually, I wonder what a metal version of that would sound like ....

HMMM none that im ashamed of, i love a lot of 80's rock, bon jovi, europe, skid row, Mr Big and slightly older stuff: boston, toto, whitesnake loadsa stuff like that which i guess some peeps may find emabarressing but thats the stuff that got me into metal anyway. I guess most might be more suprised to learn i dont like Kyuss, Mastodon, clutch (well they are ok) all the bands im expected to like just cos of the music i play...

Nothing embarrassing about the 80's. Well, maybe spandex and big hair, but at the time it all seemed so right. As you, it's what I grew up on. Tom f will be along in a minute to tell you that anyone who enjoyed Mr Big is deluded or was in a drug haze at the time - but hey, he's still just a boy.

Afternoon Mark... Good to see ya here.
I have a question for you !! Where do you get all the video players you smash up on stage from [8D] do you have a supplier of them or just pick em up as you go along ? Oh and why a video player...

Haha... "Here comes the Chainsaw..." Sweet.

I remember you coming dashing off stage mid set at Damnation last year.. "Has anyone seen my VCR?". I was thinking "This is no time to catch up on Coronation Street..."

ANOTHER SAD DAY...

I got this from their website.

Mark here: Thats right folks, we're calling it a day!

No gossip for you unfortunatly, but to make it more dramatic feel free to make up some stories!. Im gonna quit the music side of things and concentrate on my fighting while Oz, Andy and Ross will continue with their various musical projects. This page will remain up and i'll keep you updated with what everyone is doing.

If enough people want it we will consider doing one final show to give this thing the send off it deserves.

Thanks and much love to everyone who has helped us out and assisted us with turning what was just a dumb idea into somehow being signed internationally and supporting some incredible bands, some of which were our favourites from our childhood!!
