ORIGINAL: Tezzy Tez ORIGINAL: WelshJez ORIGINAL: Tezzy Tez He got linked with Everton the other day according to a Spanish newspaper. There's so many things amiss with that it's hard to know where to start. Like us, the main thing you seem to need is a striker or two. We have a team in place... but not a squad. We need more depth but I definately wouldn't say striker is the priority. We need to add to the gaps in the squad and replace the outgoing dead wood with young hungry players from the academy/bargain prices from the Championship and as far as quality buys go... A classy flair midfielder and a right winger. Maybe a striker if we sell Anichebe. We're not lacking on quality but we are on quantity. I was going by the lack of one last season really but you know more than me mate.

I would still probably give it to Petrov though he was our best player this year and can run the team from the midfield. But then i prefer for the captain to be a Center Mid or Center back, not sure why i just do [&:]

Hmm maybe Petrov, he has the respect of the players due to his award, don't know how good he is at lifting spirits, being insparational in the changing room.

Only because of Laurens injury and Cuellar being playing out of position at RB for most of the season. If Cuellar was part of the 1st choice CB pairing, I imagine he won't of been the one to get pushed out wide to accomodate Davies. Especially considering Reo Coker and Gardner also played RB a hell of a lot last season, as well as Young.

Anyone read Barry's sorry excuse of a letter to the Villa fans yet? http://www.football365.com/story/0,17033,8652_5361067,00.html I don't imagine there are many Villa fans who seriously expected him to stay at Villa seeing as we didn't finish in the Champ's league positions but that's just a bunch of sorry excuses with little basis in reality.
I've been told that my previous sig unfairly stereotypes teenagers.... for which I would like to apologise to all the whiny over-sensitive little gits ;-)

Aye i did, still no reason for him to leave Villa, as we're going places faster than City.
