We need to replace those older players though with other players with some experience though who will still pull their weight. No point having a dump load of youngsters giving their all if their's no experience in the team leading the way and helping the youth develop.

I know it's FM12 and all but if you check some of the wages that the players on if it's like that in real life it's scary. Ireland and Heskey on 60k a week Warnock, Petrov, Dunne on 55k a week.
I'm here to show the world.

Most the youngsters now have a decent amount of experience I reckon. Plus they are players with a winning mentality from the lower levels, so having them bogged down in a suffering team with low moral will only ruin them. Given, Lichaj, Clark, Baker, experienced left back Albrighton, Herd, Gardner, Bannan Gabby, Weimann

Personally, the only ones I'd feel comfortable playing out of those there would be Clark, Albrighton, Gardner and Bannan. The others I'm not totally made up on. Chances of Bent staying this year? Could be worth selling him if we got near the money that we bought him for to be honest. I don't trust Mcleish and his signings though. He'll be straight off to the Scottish leagues [:l]

Loved the team though. 12 academy players in the side.

Baker and Clark are going to be a great defensive partnership.

le sigh @ us. Although a point against Liverpool is a decent result, it's just summed us up of late really, not being able to hold onto a lead. Reckon Mcleish will still be around next season? I quite frankly just want this season to finish.

Random thought I had earlier, what happened to Makoun? Despite the loss he really impressed me when you lot played at OT last season.

Some people are dissappointed we lost a lead yesterday. While I too was frustrated, look at their age and how little many players in our team had actually played in this league. They got a draw at Anfield. Well done lads! All we need now is too beat Stoke and/or Bolton and we'll be fine.
Pep If you finish above us, I'll eat my shoe and wear a Villa shirt for the entire season. That's how confident I am.

Aye, same with the Chelsea game, the youngsters were matching players who have massive amounts of experience at high levels.

Players we had this time last year that have now left the club... Friedel L Young Walker Reo Coker Downing A Young Pires Makoun Carew Bradley Beye Players who were unavailable yesterday... Dunne Bent N'Zogbia Delfouneso Delph Petrov Clark Cuellar Albrighton I think it was a pretty good result yesterday.. but imagine the team we could put out from that lot!

Play like we have in the last two games and I think we'll win today, the young players might be too tired though.

A victory tomorrow would really make me feel better about our whole potential relegation. I think three points against Sunderland would almost sort us out, and it would leave us safe if other results also go our way. Come on lads!!!!

Froy I'm ****ing ****ting it. We need a win so badly. C'mon boys lets do this. Me too, if I'm honest. It doesn't help that in two of the actual deciding games we're against serious rivals for me personally. First off, Martin O'Neill tomorrow, and then The Baggies at The Hawthornes. Getting relegated would be soul-destroying enough in itself, but getting relegated at the hands of MO'N and West Brom? Doesn't bare thinking about. Although, that being said, I genuinely have faith in the players we've got to go out tomorrow and get a result. Just depends on how the manager sets them up...
