One of the worst 'horror' films I've ever seen, avoid. I'll save you 75 minutes... Chick goes to a river to scatter her dad's ashes. Cheery chap speaks to her. Walks her back to car. Her car is gone. She goes back to his house. Wife makes dinner. They seem normal. She goes to sleep. Wakes up to find they're not normal. They make her shag someone they shot but is still alive to make a baby for them. She finds out it is her brother. She kills wife. She and brother escape. Guy is 'chasing' them. Genius brother says let's split up. They split up. Few minutes later she hears a twig snap. Shoots gun. She's shot her brother. He says they shouldn't have split up before dying. Duh. Chick kills bad guy. *some months later* Chick scatters daddy's and brother's ashes. Has large baby bump. The end. 

Cabin in the Woods - 5/10.  Would have scored higher were it not for the bloody hype it was a 'game changer' in Modern Horror.  Fuck off!  It was precisely the same teens in peril bollox Hollywood has been churning out for years, which thinks itself far cleverer than it really is. Entertaining enough without the weight of expectation on it, but generally Meh

I think Little Nicky is bullshit, I wouldn't rate it close to a 7. If its only "mildly entertaining when bored out of your skull" I'd of thought it'd of been somewhere in the 4/10 ballpark.

I'd give Little Nicky 6/10, loved it as a kid.

Ditto. I liked Alien, but not as much as everyone hypes it. I preferred Aliens more. Don't get me started on Alien 3 [:l] Alien Resurrection was a really good watch also.

haha in theory aye, but this actually made Wrong Turn seem like a horror classic. I was actually laughing at some of the supposedly serious and dramatic bits, because the dialogue was so awful. Bill Mosely is in this too, and he's a bit of a cult horror figure as you'll know, he must have needed a few quid badly.

The Hunger Games - 5/10 was disappointed with this film, the fact that it was 12A didn't help it.
 
21 Jump Street - 9/10 really wasn't expecting much from it, but i haven't laughed that hard in ages, great film to switch your brain of to and just enjoy.

Battle Royale - 07/10
Nowhere near as good as the book, but still a good watch

Wrath of the Titans - 2/10
 
For most people it should be 1/10, with the 1 being for effects. But as a jolly with folks from the classics department at uni where we generally know who the characters are in other stories it gets an extra point for endless accidental comedy moments.

As great as Alien is, Aliens appealed to me more as a kid when I watched it, I appreciate Alien a hell of a lot more now and would probably put them on par actually. C'mon, its in an Internet forum. Don't take everything so seriously, I'm not a troll but I wouldn't take everything I say to heart. Resurrection was pretty fuckin' bad though.
