Ok, a bit of an update:

We are doing a bit of a mini tour towards the end of the month. Dates are still being added so its worth keeping an eye on our myspace, but the dates so far are:

18th January - THE BOILEROOM, GUILDFORD (headline show - album fundraiser!) TICKETS
29th January - THE FACEBAR, READING (supporting Echovirus and Stone Circle) TICKETS
2nd February - TOWN HALL, STAINES (headline show)
11th February - THE FORUM, TUNBRIDGE WELLS
19th February - THE WHITE SWAN, AYLESBURY (headline show)

Also, we are releasing our debut digital single on February 2nd via all major online digital retailers (itunes, amazon, hmv online etc) as well as both the single and our 'Shadows Of Yesterday' E.P being made available on both Napster and Spotify.

AND...we are pleased to announce that we are going into the studio at the end of February to record our Debut album with Mike Curtis from Fei Comodo! The tracks we have been writing are alot heavier than the E.P and we are really excited to have a chance to showcase a few of them live before going into the studio :)

Oh and one last thing. We have a new online merch store http://www.orestea.bigcartel.com/ which is a lot easier to use than the last one :)

So yeah, lots has been going on in the Orestea camp :) Hope to see some of you at the shows :D

We were trying to plan a wolverhampton show for this mini tour (our guitarist used to live there so he has a lot of mates around that area that want to see us anyway, so it seemed sensible) but it fell through :( But we definatly will be heading up there at some point this year. When the album comes out we will be doing a full UK tour (so around August time) and we are planning to hit Wolverhampton and Birmingham a couple of weeks apart for that one :)

Yeah they are two of our collective favourite bands, so it is awesome to be working with him :)

We will be heading up north over summer once the album is released :D not too long to wait.
(alternatively, spam the download bookers with requests to get us on the bill mwahahaha)

It is well worth the money. As soon as it was available originally I PM'd Lisa. I think I was actually her first DLF if not online sale. Either way my copy is signed

And definately sort out a midlands tour. I assume one of you is old enough to drive the van now as I know that was a major restriction to your touring routine...
