It'd be very similar to MitB. Everyone thought he was going to lose when he cashed in, and everyone would assume he would lose if they focused on a new streak. Would be ace though if they went that route.

Due to Miz's character, I'd quite like it if they made him 8 or 9 unbeaten, with him getting cockier and cockier each year, he starts saying he's going for the Undertakers streak etc. Then he can fail, somehow (maybe a shock loss to a rookie who shockingly wins MITB or Royal Rumble?)
 
Realistically, I'd like it to be against 'Taker, but I think too many years will pass for that to become reality.

Triple H won't have a send off because he's not leaving, he'll stay on as an on screen character, so it wouldn't make sense to give him a send off because he's done wrestling.
 
The ending at WM was a perfect way to end his wrestling career. Personally, I still think the guy has a lot left to give in the ring, he can still put a hell of a lot of guys over, so I hope it isn't the end for him.

There was that comment that someone backstage thinks this year is their last WrestleMania. I'd not rule out Triple H being that guy. The rumoured 3 big match-ups for next year don't include him, and its rare for him to miss it .

WWE is promising punishment for World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus on tonight's live SmackDown after he hit referee Chad Patton with a Brogue Kick last week. WWE is teasing that John Laurinaitis may strip Sheamus of the title and award it to the new #1 contender Alberto Del Rio.

has an interview up with Patton saying that he doesn't feel Sheamus has been punished enough yet.

If Helmsley disappears off TV forever then I'm done watching WWE.  He was my favourite as a teenager before his 1st quadricep injury (which was when I initially lost interest before, thought the invasion storyline that followed was terrible) and still is to this day having got back into the world of sports-entertainment over the last few months.
 
A good send off would be to have him win the WHC again (seeing as how he basically made that valuable after the brand split) and retire the belt. That way WWE then has an excuse to going back to only having one world champion (which I think is needed) who can defend the main title on both Raw & Smackdown. 

God that'd be terrible if Del Rio got the title, he still has zero heat and bland as fuck, they should give the title to Ric-Rod.

I remember HHH coming back and Pedigreeing Sheamus through the announce table, I think that was as much an ending as that feud was getting

That was actually hilarious. Sheamus had to come out and remind him that it was him who put him out of action, then Triple H put him through a table
 
I think that they could have big plans for Triple H in a non wrestling role, and it should work very well, like it should have done last year. However, if they weren't to go down that path and have him continue wrestling, a Miz Triple H feud would do wonders for Miz, because he could hold his own on the mic with Triple H.
 
Ziggler, not so much. They'd no doubt have a great match, but feud wise, there isn't a lot that they could go off.
 
It's a shame there wasn't a proper blow off to the Punk Triple H feud because I thought they had amazing chemisty. Those promos were amongst the best ever in the WWE.
 
But ultimately, I think if they don't go down the suit Triple H role from now on, it's a big chance missed. I hope they attempt to go down the route they were going to last year with Triple H vs Laurinaitis for control of WWE, but obvioulsy re vamp it to fit around the current roster.

Did either of you read my full post? It would be so the WHC could be retired (his suit role as C.O.O would allow him to do that) not so he would have another 4/5 month title run with the belt.
 
There's no need for 2 World Championships anymore, that only made sense when the roster was overloaded due to WWE buying out its main competitors. Now it just looks a bit silly. They should just have one Undisputed World title & also push the IC belt back up to the credibility it had during the Attitude Era since the brand exclusivity is slowly being eradicated.

I really like the idea of a heel HHH authority figure somewhere down the line, I miss heel HHH

He couldnt get heat anymore though, I see him being used as the boards 'enforcer' whenever Johnny steps out of line HHH returns beats someone up and dissapears again
