A loooottt of people have jumped on the carwin bandwagon because of all his victories. But when it comes down to common sense, putting all the hype to one side.....lesnar wins this one.

Heavyweight Championship Bout: Brock Lesnar (c) vs Shane Carwin (ic) Middleweight Bout: Yoshihiro Akiyama vs Chris Leben Welterweight Bout: Chris Lytle vs Matt Brown Light Heavyweight Bout: Krzysztof Soszynski vs Stephan Bonnar Lightweight Bout: George Sotiropolous vs Kurt Pellegrino I reckon that the rest of the HW division would absolutely shit themselves if Lesnar eats a few punches from Carwin and doesn't go down. Though obviously he's not goin to want to stand with Carwin at all if he can avoid it.

Stone Cold singing along to Enter Sandman was awesome ha! Happy that Leben and Lesner both picked up wins, though I'm surprised they were both by submission. And for people saying Lesner was lucky. Carwin had the chance to finish, but didn't.

Brock was not lucky at all, he weatherd the Carwin storm by defending himself constantly and pushing Carwin off. Carwin should have finished it in round 1 and wasted chance after chance to put Brock away by wearing himself out trying to land constant big shots. The ref was right up close and constantly checking to see if Brock was intelligently defending himself and he was, yes he took huge shots from Carwin but at the same time he was pushing Carwin off and thats when Carwin looked like he ran out of ideas that Brock was still fighting back. Gotta say the best intro music of the night had to go to Carwin / Brock! I agree with you Gazza, great win for Leben and that fight was nuts, it was like the UFC version of the WEC Korean Zombie fight it was just constant action even when it went to the ground. Leben catching that submission was awesome and hopefully Leben can build on this as he has always had the talent, it's just been his outside of the cage antics that held him back and he looks to have sorted that out and credit to him. Also gotta give a shout out for Bonnar, I am so glad he got the win as I always thought he had potential after the TUF 1 final vs Griffin and to see him get a win on PPV was awesome.

Loved that Main Even. Have to admit when Carwin jumped all over Lesnar i thought it was over untill the last minute when Carwin visibly slowed. The fact that Lesnar went from Half-Guard, To Mount, To Sidecontrol and wrap that submission in shows how much he is STILL improving. Who would have thought Lesnar would have won by Submission in the second round.

I stayed up to watch this and was glad i did. Not one fight disappointed. FOTN went to the right people and Leben was outstanding, as much as i don't like him. They had some war! Lesnar has some brickhead though. They were some nasty strikes but he defended himself and proved he is legit. Like noX said if Big Nog had done, it wasn't luck. Looking forward to him vs Cain, as he won't tire himself out in such stupid fashion.
