Only been out twice this week but got stopped 5 times by 5 different guys who told me they thought my hair was 'beautiful'. Pretty awesome for a colour that came out by accident (purple on top and pink underneath...Was meant to be blue, and er. More blue). Also - Ordering stuff from little companies and getting handwritten thank you messages with your parcel. ^.^ So sweet.

Coming in from work on Monday to a meal cooked by my boyfriend, a cold glass of cider and my favourite music playing. Awesome way to relax after a hard day. Also, vinyl. This floats my boat a lot, as my bank balance shows.

Blargh...The pink is only on the bottom layer so you can only see it from the front. Edit: There. Now none of you can look where you're not meant to. Pfft.

the fluid in which it is floating offsets the downward pull of gravity and pushes it up. The scientific name for this force, which allows even immense objects to float in liquid, is buoyant force, more commonly known as buoyancy. A solid object's density determines whether or not the buoyant force of a liquid can lift it. The density of an object depends upon its weight and its size. Given two solid objects that are different sizes, but weigh the same, the smaller, more compact object is the denser of the two. Fluids also have density. When an object is placed in the fluid, it pushes aside some of the liquid and, if its density is greater than that of the fluid it displaces, it will sink and, if not, it will float. Despite the enormous size of some ships, they are basically metal shells filled with air, and are less dense and lighter than the water they push aside, which allows the boats to float.

rammystein Rammstein doing crazy **** on stage Rammstein announcing a UK tour now that makes me happy, hopefully the guys will be back next year, fingers crossed. My fella made a comment when we went to see Rammstein at Birmingham, he said i've never seen you so happy, to be fair i was grinning like a cheshire cat most of the day. Nothing better than seeing your favourite band live, or even listening to an album. I can be having the wan kest day, or be in the shi ttiest mood ever music never fails to cheer me up espeically the stein! [sm=049.gif]

Loads of stuff is floating my boat at the moment - settling into Edinburgh really well, feeling really.....I dunno, peaceful with the state of things. Going back to Newcastle for a couple of days tomorrow to see some of my mates, then going to London on Saturday to go and see Amon Tobin with some mates I haven't seen in AGES, the ball's rolling on preperation for uni, work's going well, finished reading Aldous Huxley's Island (which is AMAZING by the way)......it's all good at the moment!
