Preliminary team. The defence is a little dodgy, but Jags might yet move to Arsenal, which will help. I still think a bigger team will come in for Cahill as well. 

Don't bother with Tiote - he's an absolute boss but he doesn't score, rarely gets assists and gets booked all the time.

Which is why he's on the bench  I needed cheap players and he, as well as the other Newcastle players, fit the bill. 

Russ, best thing to do is use full backs, they're likely to get assists (ala Baines) unless you have Huth who is likely to score 10

Full backs are expensive though. Especially Baines. With that team I don't actually have any cash left over to improve. I didn't realise Enrique was only 5m though, I'll have to try and fit him in somehow. 

Bardsley and Enrique are only 5, Bardsley had a pretty good seaosn last year too.
 
Which is why I have just put him in for Johnson

Rafa, Walker, and Gibbs are all pretty cheap, just as much as Cahill is anyway. I'm going to wait on Walker to see if he will be first choice next season, but I am definable starting with the other two.

I found that this only works with the Sky Sports one.
 
If you look at the top scorers from last season for the one we use, I'm pretty sure CB's tend to score more points than full backs. Hangeland, Kompany and Vidic were all particularly high scorers if I remember correctly.

All depends on the team really, if you want a good midfield/forwards, you need to shot in players from teams likely to conceed in defence, which is why I mention fullbacks.

Just made a few changes.
 

 
I forgot that Wenger said he wasn't going to replace Clichy, so Gibbs has gone in. I've taken a punt on Hoolahan in midfield as well. Scored 10 goals and provided 9 assists last season, and he plays at the tip of a diamond so could do pretty well this year. 
 
EDIT: Might try and swap him for Scott Sinclair though...
