A lot of big name teams not getting any/much prime time this year!

   

Actually a good prime time lineup IMO only surprise is us @ the Lions on a Sunday night, doesnt feel like a Sunday night game to me

        
 

Aren't the last 5 or so games usually changed based on the playoff scenario? Green Bay being on Sunday night 3 times annoys me since I would pay for the Gamepass if I could watch them all on a Sunday afternoon. Night games are too late for work

Another Tampa fan  Makes up for Salem not posting in here anymore. What are you making of Schiano so far? i'm liking what i hear from training. already trying to shift our troublemakers and he's working everyone hard. The deal to send cornerback Asante Samuel to the Atlanta Falcons from the Philadelphia Eagles has been finalized, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.





As part of the trade, Samuel and the Falcons have agreed to terms on a three-year, $18.5 million deal.
It's not yet known what the Falcons will send the Eagles in return for the nine-year veteran.

Reasonably happy with Nick Perry (DE). We do have a need there but I would personally be looking at the O-line first and foremost. Need to enforce a high scoring approach imo.

He wont play DE Kris he was a hybrid at USC so we will just stick him at LB opposite Matthews. I see where your coming from with the OL but our D needs addressing its been poor for a while, Its massivley aggressive and creates a lot of turnovers but we concede too many points. I still think we need to address DB earlier rather than later
 

        
 

Lost my **** when i heard we'd traded down and not taken Richardson or Claibourne  then i saw who we actually got and calmed down. Barron was phenomenal for the Crimson Tide and everyone says he's going to be a Franchise safety. Replaces Jackson and upgrades at the same time.
 
I'm thinking we take the best RB available next and then look to get a corner that can be developed.
 
Edit: oh yea we took a RB at the end, missed that. Corner it is.

Few observations from last night:

- Bucs, Rams and Pats all had a cracking first round.
- Browns didn't (Weeden, fo' realz?).
- Chicago and San Diego will have terrible OLine again next year.
- Bills should have a solid D, Gilmore was a cracking pick.
- Juli Jones trade looks a load better now with a load of 1st round talent left.

I'm excited for second round, doubt I'll be able to stay up for 3rd though, absolutely knackered...

 

Very happy with these 3 picks, Von Miller is waxing lyrical about Brock, we got an east scholar in DT and an explosive RB with good hands. 

I'm utterly bemused that our fans seem to be losing their shit over the fact we drafted the NCAA all-time leading receptions WR, giving us one of the best sets of WR/TE's in the league. I get the ACL concern, but he's already performed at his pro-day so he's clearly rehab'ed really well. So excited to see what he can do!
 
Especially considering we got a LT & CB as well, another CB, a C/G and maybe a RB and we've had a really good draft. Add another couple of pieces later in the off-season and we're in a really good position

Kellen Winslow cut from the Buccs. Makes sense, he was getting on and he had an expensive contract. Luke Stocker showed good potential last year so i'm sure we'll roll with him and look for a proper blocking tight end to come in.

delighted with the rams offseason so far, gone about as well as i could of hopes, as long as the draft picks turn out decent i might actually get to enjoy next season

Decent game by Manning last night by the looks of things, starting to get lightly more worried but I still think we can win our division. Buzzing for Monday night.
