Nash is a $10 million a year player. Heat have no money at all. Anyone who thinks he'll go there is being silly.

He'll be a free agent in the summer, and Miami can offer him the semi MLE or the Vet minimum regardless of what their cap situation is.

As much as he has been balling this year, he's 38 and still hasn't got a ring, and is vastly superior to both Cole and Chalmers. If Miami come knocking, he will sign. If its a choice between an couple more years of halting the Suns from tanking or going after title, there will only be one winner for Nash.

Kobe 0/11 deep in the third. Mental.

end of 3rd, 0/15. Draining the whole team. Bynum shooting poorly too. Yikes. Guadelock hasn't played for ages but this is the kind of game where you should be able to say go on and work the lane, make some movement for a few minutes and shake it up.

****ing hell, they pulled that out of the fire. When the team is down you need someone who is always up for a fight.

Great clutch 3 from Kobe to get ahead too.

Wow, two big losses to the main guys in the East. Kind of expected the Thunder to beat the Bulls without Rose (or a couple of others) but didn't expect to see Miami getting blown out. Avery Bradley looks like he's coming good.

And if you want to know how good Griffin's dunk on Pau was the other night, just ask Andrew Bynum...

Watched the NCAA Championship game. With out giving too much away, Davis is a legit stud. Has elite, game changing defence at the college level, especially at the perimeter, so much so that he was the difference maker in that game despite not getting to ten points. A lock for the number one, and seeing as a few of the lottery teams are set for centres, someone could could have a set FC for years to come.

Our wobble of seven and four which leaves us first in the East with out our first choice back court and best player has been insufferable.

On the plus side, at least watching Bynum doing his best to get Mike Brown fired is a world of fun.

SVG in press conference: "Dwight wants me fired"

Dwight walks in a bit later, hugs SVG, says he doesn't want SVG fired and asks who told the media.

Lebron wont be the most hated man in Florida for much longer if Dwight keeps this up.

Ace game last night, play off intensity through out and yet again we showed tremendous grit and determination to pull through, especially from the bench guys yet again.

Yeah stayed up and watched it. Very strong showing from the bench. Heat had the starters shut out for long periods though. Rose was forcing it too much and it put the game on the line. Fortunately the coach did the right thing. Rose is the kind of player to not let that get on top of him, but it wasn't a pretty performance.

Too true (only made one field goal all night for his lowest score of his career) but it was his second game back after the groin injury, and he sprained his ankle in the first against the Knicks, so I was to be expected that he would be rusty. All about minutes for him now before the play off's begin. Not too worried about the starters either really. Wade and Lebron turned it on, and Miami have a chance against anyone when that happens, and Bosh might not have a better match up against any of the other play off teams then he does against Boozer. When Wade and Lebron aren't on the court they really struggle, and Lou and Rip have both played as good a defence against both of them as any in previous years , so all still bodes well if we do meet them in the play off's, and we play them again in Miami next Thursday.

Its going to be a monster of a series if we do meet Miami in the eastern Finals.

Mavs have been hot from the 3 and we've missed Kobe cutting in badly. Tight tight game. 1.5 left.
