Running order already?

Still trying to work out travel agh. Difficult this year, as I don't know so many people going, and the flights I took last year don't exist.

Train or Argon bus out of London's looking most likely. Preferably train.

not going but made that for a friend as I was bored, could be useful for other people.

Wish I could afford it, Unsane into Napalm Death into Refused is a dream.

Hey guys!
Gonna be my first year at Hellfest! So excited, and should be coming with my mate. Do you all meet up/camp together/etc. at all?

Finally sorted travel out this year - just going with Argon as it's so late on and we can't really be bothered to organise anything.

Booked tickets to this! Looks awesome! Going with Argon, to reiterate someone elses question, any one used them before, good or bad experiences? I've read some horror stories on the net, but they seem to be from a few years ago!

Re:Hellfest 2012 - 13 June 2012 08:47
I think the main problem with Argon is the spending ages on a coach! Not got them before, this year it was the simplest option that wasn't mega expensive.

Frantically preparing for this now, taken longer as most of what I'm taking's needed Donington mud removing from it. Getting the Argon coach out of London at 9pm.

Looking forward to it

What's everyone's schedule:

Clashes, lots and lots of clashes. Like most years, past about 2pm it's pretty much solid bands, and often they're clashing with a band I'd jump to see at another festival. Going to be whole days in the arena and hectic.

What a ****ing weekend. Only saw about 15 bands, most of them on The Valley stage and they were all excellent apart from Ozzy who wasnt worth sticking around for.

I was reading that GnR were bang on time
Pop music has its place, and I know where that is...

****ing incredible weekend all  round. Saw about 25 all in all, and none of them dissa pointed. Yob, Tragedy, Pentagram, Refused, Coulour Haze, and Sunn were exceptionally ace, but their were countless others who ace as well through out the weekend.

If their is a greater polar opposite in guitar music than Sunno))) followed by Biohazard I certainly haven't seen it.

To be fair to Ozzy, he did obviously have a sore throat which he admitted but said he would do the best he can, which he did. Yes he cut the set by 30mins but we still got over an hour of Ozzy and Sabbath songs and getting to see him play with Slash and Zakk Wylde was pretty cool. Kinda felt sorry for Ozzy tbh, he was clearly upset about the fact that he couldn't give the best performance possible.
