As ****ty as running in the rain can be, I found that I just had to go out there and do it whilst I still had the motivation to exercise, otherwise I just veg out all day and feel guilty in the evening.

TomfiendWithAVengeance Sazzarella All my mates been talking about this, is it actually any good?? However I feel like im about to fall through the floor when doing Wii Fit. Dont wanna end up falling through the ceiling haha! Yeah it is really good, especially if you stick with it and progress onto the harder programmes. Can't go wrong for the money! I might give it a bash then. Was doing so well with lots of walking but ive only got the will power when the weather is nice and its been horrible lately!!

Reno. MrMellow d_b this is gonna sound so gay i yo-yo between 12/13stone proper annoying wanna try n get down to 10/11stone .....so far no luck Because as we all know, 10/11 stone is the target weight of every homosexual. I was 9 1/2 (no joke) at one point, pretty much 10 now. What do I win? Also anyone who mentions 'toning' and 'spot reduction' needs slapped in the face. With a wet fish for comedy effect. You're not even gay O.o

Yeah I was like that too, bit of light rain doesn't bother me anymore but if hurricane Katrina comes knocking then I climb on my exercise bike which is like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/U...&qid=1335793307&sr=1-5 Easy to store and I can just sit in front of the tv and pedal away haha

I've been debating doing the Bodyrock routines online (anyone else heard of this?) but I find the trainers a bit off putting to look at. Not even in a sexy way. Probs stick to gyming it 4 times a week and see what happens :D Mind you every year Im sure Download's drinking sessions put like half a stone on me : (

Problem areas? :/ Also, were you in a pink tent last year, had a fluffy coat, camped with a few other people, one being a very Sun burnt guy (at least I think he was Sunburnt)?

I just keep getting tattooed!!! :s move to glasgow and you'll get a class nae bother :P So here's my update, they changed the classes in terms of the routine at my gym and it's destroying me!!!! Definitely seeing a difference for sure. It's coming off slowly so hopefully that means it'll stay off. Trying a challenge that was set for my boyfriend but I'm gonna join in too. Going veggie for a month. Yes it kinda slipped today with mince and potatoes. Still doing research to see what I can cook. Any ideas fire them away :)

If you are quite a bit overweight then don't just listen to everyone who says get on a treadmill and start running. If you aren't used to it you will just injure yourself. Weight train 3x a week (more muscle mass = higher metabolism = more calories burned naturally per day.) Upper body and lower body routines can be found online. For cardio I'd suggest either 20 minutes on a 10% incline: Warm up 5 mins (No incline on a comfortable speed) Walk (5km/h) 1minute followed by 20 seconds (8-10 km/h) 8 times in total. Cool down 5 mins (same as warm up) If you diet properly you won't need to perform as much cardiovascular activity. Eat less, exercise more and drink more water. (P.S Doing ab exercises WILL NOT reduce stomach fat.) Visit Scooby's workshop on google (He's 52 years old and a master of fitness) for any queries. He's changed a lot of people's lives.

Thank god for that, I'm nicely in between the two. Although judging from knowing actual gay stereotype people, I'm pretty sure 11 stone is officially "straight thin but gay fat".

Went to the gym this morning for some combat action. My arms are hurting a bit. Tired me out a lot today. Guess I worked harder today. Pump tomorrow for some iron pumping. On my whole veggie challenge....yeah it lasted a day!!! I'm too much of a carnivore I think. Don't get me wrong I will no doubt have veggie meals if I ever cook for the boy. I like to try new meals :)
