The splash page looks ace IMO.

I wana make some crits on the site though

1) The @ youtube symbol is huge, IMO you should cut the size by about 75%, I'm aware you want to draw attention to it but its just way OTT at the moment. I'd also try putting it at the top right out of the way a little bit and see how that looks.
2) your pics have a border around the border, they only need one border.

This actually proves I need my eyes tested, because I didn't actually see the second border! Also I'm gonna change the colour of the Youtube and Email icon to just a greyish colour.

Worked on some photo's I took. Didn't come out well, so wanted to mess them around a bit more then I would normally.
