Mercedes 1-2 in Qual, been expecting this at some point this year. Sadly I don't expect to see either win that race tomorrow, though I do hope so. And great appearance from Kobayashi in 3rd!

I was really hoping Kobayashi would win.. ever since Toyota I have rated him. Sauber in general are doing exceedingly well so far..

Enjoyed that. Nice to see Rosberg finally get a win. Hope the rest of his season goes well too. Also happy with the McLarens on the podium.

I was super impressed by the Mercedes 1,2,3. I honestly thought Webber was going to do a backflip when he caught air! It was impressive to watch. I was really excited by the race in general. And Perez fighting as hard as he was - it was exciting. Kimi is a vicious bulldog of a racer too. Guess all that time in Rally cars really made him rough and tumble? Hah.

Said it for 2 years now, Perez will be Massas replacement.. but when... Not this year.. sauber have an all round better package than Ferrari. Also, how's that American circuit coming along? I thought it looked terrible. No offence, but I can't stand American road courses! What is it with you guys and right angles!!! Miller, Sebring, road America all of them! Need curved not right angles. Except sears point (or is it infineon now?) I like that haha. Just stick to ovals.. love it!

I can see Massa going elsewhere at the end of the season, it's a shame he's been second to Alonso because he had some real potential

Well this one's supposedly being built by Tilke, so we'll see how it looks when done. Honestly, tons of people here were excited about it, but I think they're going about it all wrong. They've been super hush-hush about ticket prices and availability and the track doesn't even have asphalt down yet! And the race is supposed to be in 7 months! They finally announced the grandstand pricing, and it's AWFUL. The CHEAPEST grandstand seat is $375 (£233), and the average grandstand ticket is $600 (£373). I hope for the good of the sport that the general admission grass seat prices are much, MUCH lower. Because as it stands, they're shooting themselves in the foot. If big fans like myself can't even afford a ticket, then the casual person who thought about getting into F1 for the first time certainly won't go. They're keeping it too exclusive.

Our basic entry went up by 65 quid for the Sunday this year. Either way, doesn't bother me, I get access all areas at Silverstone any time I want haha Plus I have a mate who lives in Silverstone village and for the price of a pint I got my dad roaming grandstand seats haha. Her dad works as trackside technician for Red Bull (Mark Webber) so free button up team shirt too. Perks of being in the know! And personally, I don't see massa anywhere in f1 anymore. Possibly DTM or Brazilian stock cars.. I can see Hamilton in a red bull as webbers eventual replacement. Don't know why, I just can.

Also, I hate folks designs. Always seems to be a hairpin then a straight... So basically its an acceleration test.

Hamilton could move to Red Bull if he doesn't achieve anything this season, I think he's starting to get frustrated with Mclaren

I could see that a couple of years ago.. I can see a lot of strain between him and button. It all seems too pally which leads me to believe its all or the camera.

aside from Malaysia, the only Tilke design I ever liked was the proposed Donington revamp

I thought it was a decent race. Probably the worst this year but so far most races have been cracking. About Hamilton, I like him. It's refreshing that he actually has emotions. He's a world championship winning driver in a car that's very good, he's going to be aiming for the top. It's good that he's clearly disappointed when he doesn't reach it.
