that's a really nice thing to do and a great idea i think. the links are useful although i can't quite see anyone actaully wanting to talk about stuff on our boards due to the amount (unfortunately!) of p*sstakers/flamers that frequent these forums. *sigh!* nevermind ay! well done guys and gals. hugz xxx
thanks 'D'an, you rule!! (happy now? hehe!)

its a great idea!! well done guys. i got my drink spiked with ghd a few years back and it was scary as hell. but i think people are more aware of the danger now, back then nobody knew how dangerous leaving your drink unattended could be.

One of the best ones for me when it comes to self harming is www.psyke.org, gives good advice for people that are doing it and want help and for people that want tp learn about it

ORIGINAL: PrimoVictoria One of the best ones for me when it comes to self harming is www.psyke.org, gives good advice for people that are doing it and want help and for people that want tp learn about it I agree, there is some good advice on this page but to be honest, I found that this site did me more harm than good. There are a LOT of extremely graphic and triggering images on the site and I found it reinforced the need to self-harm. There are trigger warnings but I don't know many self-harmers who really pay much attention to those. Use with caution.

I work in a bar/club and the numbers have increased very fast recently. It seems Student places are a new target.

Wicked idea. Last year I went to download a festival virgin at 29 years old with a close bunch of friends. Since then I had a breakdown, diagnosed with anxiety disorder and High Functioning Autism. This year I am going alone, plan is to meet up with some people I am kind of nervous because I have sensory problem's (done some work on sorting that so I can handle the noise better) and I am scared of being alone. None of mates are going this year, but I damned if that going to stop me seeing Korn in that tent! So many bands I love this year. I used nomore panic and the autistic forum's for support, as well as my local mental health support group. I learned from no more panic to avoid avoiding thing's, fear of fear. I be there this year wednesday morning, skint nervous and exited but not scared! I am going to load up my mp3 player with chilling music (may be more billy holiday than devildriver but that what chill's me!), got 2 spare batteries for me phone so I can keep in touch with peop's. Last year I sat in the red camp for 5 hours waiting for my friends stuck in traffic and did not speak to anyone, now that makes sense, this year I ain't gonna do that.
