SEMPETERNAL FALL - I heard 'Born To Kill' on their myspace page and couldn't get it out of my head! They're due to start touring this spring. Apparently working on new songs so will be adding more to their page soon.

New UK bands i want to see at Download this year are:-

Rolo Tomassi (really why have you not noted these? their gonna be bigger than The Locust and who thought a girl could scream like that?!? www.myspace.com/rolotomassi)

The Hubble Constant (they toured with An Albatross last year and they really are the best new UK mathcore band around at the mo, ive just heard their new 7" on myspace and cant get it out my head, apparently writing an album so I cant wait for that then im sure everyone will know them. www.myspace.com/thehubbleconstant)

I would like to bring to your attention a band for the future. Very much in Classic rock mode and are getting a reputation of being the new Thin Lizzy.

New album out and currently on tour and will support Fish in March.

Im confused!! how do i make a new post, as i think it would be a cool idea to make one on uk punk/harcore as ive got a few bands in bands one of whom have recently been signed to deck cheese records.
all the bands have releases and tours.

I reckon there should also be sub-forums of towns, i.e. Manchester for Mancunian bands (mainly cause I'm sorting out a regular Manc metal night at the Ruby Lounge, due to start early next year)

off topic: but that place is awesome, strain did there video shoot there, twas a lovely day.
om topic: if it was done like that then alot fo bands wouldnt get nitced i think as some people tend to stick to where/what they know.

Nice idea and hopefully the organisers will put on some of the bands mentioned in here

We have not put one up for Damnation yet - figured as Mike is on the Fan Forum here that he would do it. So give him a poke eh.

Think he's on his holibags.

I had though of having a Damnation thread in here, we are here to support British bands as much as possible but wasn't sure if it would be something we could have in this section.

I'll speak to Gee and I'm sure between us we can have a Damnation profile in here and we can have a summary of all the British acts etc.
