yeh sorry about that we have had lots of problems with spam bots and also link spamming using one pixel .gif files as signatures to help the spam bots index the forums. It’s a fairly major problem and unfortunately not one that we have an easy solution to. The only thing we could do was stop all links/url’s including those to pictures for new users. If you keep posting after 100 posts you can post links etc no problem.

is it just as easy to add a picture to a thread? though it might just copy and paste but no luck

yeh either use the [img ] and [/img ] (without the spaces) or just click on the tree icon when your creating a new post and paste in the link to your image.
