Watching Twenty for the 5th time and getting ridiculously exciting for tomorrow, hopefully IoW will have sorted itself out by then.

This will be my first time seeing PJ, I cant remember being this excited for a band before.

Dude, how was the show? Did you enjoy? Apart from the dreary weather that is.

I just got back from Amsterdam yesterday, man, they were awesome!! I'm still so stoked

Jealous that the Thursday nighters got I Am Mine, Daughter, Not For You and Yellow Ledbetter but overall I think Wednesday was a better setlist.

Wow what possessed me to wait so long to finally see pearl jam on weds . Yes dates were always inconvenient but not sure i really really tried to make it happen.

I was blown away.

27 years and guess over 400 gigs and i get a little jaded sometimes see a good show and enjoy it but it can take a lot to really astound me.

But super and jaw dropping does not do it justice.

Perfect? Nah ! But one of best gigs in a decade.

Glad I got Wednesday's set to be honest, Release was immense, but Go and Animal back to back would've been great too.

Andy was at Wednesday's show. I'm hoping it's them who he has already booked. A band like PJ will have the next 12 months mapped out easily.

Totally agree, looking at some of Andy's tweets over the past few days he seems keen on PJ playing.

Thought last night was great, preferred th wednesday setlist but overall cant complain with the variety!!

Hope PJ are booked for DL next year, will have to get a day ticket at least

I couldn't get the time off to go to Manchester last night, was following the setlist on Twitter. Lying on the couch was killing me seeing the song names popping up, was the gig that just kept on giving. Amazing setlist!

Ideal headliners right there!

Gotta say I'm jealous as fuck of you guys, Pearl Jam are one of the last of my favourite bands I need to see, they haven't been to Glasgow/Scotland in a long time and I couldn't make these Manchester dates. I hope to see them sometime in the near future, be it Download next year or wherever.

Being in the middle of 18,000 people singing EVERY WORD to Alive, is possibly the greatest moment I've ever had in 22 years of concerts. That was an utterly stunning show. Totally gobsmacked at how good that band are live.

Amazing gig last night, they had me foaming at the bumhole as soon as Release kicked in, and the rest was great to say the least.

Only bad points were no Rearviewmirror (), and the merch, which I thought was a bit shit.

Andy Copping was tweeting last night about how he booked PJ on their first UK tour 20 years ago, hopefully he books them for their first Download appearance.

I bet he meant the Nottingham Rock City gig and not the 'whole tour'. Oh Andy you EDIT. He did say Nottingham show....
Would certainly be great seeing them go from Southend Esplanade (first European show in 1992) to headlining Download!

Good thing about those going tonight as well is they will mix the setlist up bigtime.

Yeah, could do with a bit more from Vs. But, i'm hoping they don't drop release, given to fly or just breath. Awesome tracks!

Also, whipping and spin the black circle would be nice....
