Hey guys

Just starting a thread for you to check out my band Doomed From Day One. We play progressive death metal with some hardcore thrown in, think Between The Buried And Me, The Black Dahlia Murder and Despised Icon. Music is up on our Myspace and Facebook.

We are looking to release our first E.P. somewhere in the beginning of 2011, all the tracks are ready to record. Also we are beginning to get regular gigs around the south east and I will update this thread with any information on this as well as recording.

Our next gig is this Tuesday 13th at the Joiners Arms, Southampton. This is part of the 'Road 2 The Wedge' Battle of the Bands. If anyone local is around and wants to come hang we much appreciate it!

Just a quick update.

We played the Southampton Joiners on Tuesday night as part of the "Road 2 The Wedge" battle of the bands and we won the night! This means we are through to the semi-finals to be played at The Brook, Southampton. Date to be announced.

We have 2 gigs this weekend too. Tomorrow (Friday 16th) at the Native Tongue, Epsom supporting our good friends Amberline. Entrance will only be £2-3 and its a late one so it starts at 11. Also we are headlining The Rising Sun, Reading on Saturday! This is a free entry gig and starts at 7.
