Hey all.. SO! Who here is a reader of the Big Cheese Magazine?? if not then you should be! its not a half bad read... especially when this issue released TODAY has a Huron track from the album Mary Celeste on its cover CD!!
 
What else is up with Huron?? well, we're writin' and workin' on some new material and also gonna try our hand at covering an awesome wylde ass track which may feature on our next album...

Darlington got that effect last night when we played alongside download forum faves Fallen Fate! a fantastic show organised by Red Anubis Management..

hey all, time is ticking closer to the Hard Rock Hell festival.. Huron is gearing up for it with 2 pre shows, first is this Saturday in the Bridgehouse 2, Canning Town in London with whiskey chaser.. then the following weekend at Rio's in Bradford and the in Prestatyn, Wales for the Hard Rock Hell festival. We got a big ass new banner and 2 NEW TRACKS in the bag ready for live performances..

hey all!! been a while.. there's been ALOT happening in the huron camp lately so we thought we'd just share a few things with anyone interested.
 
Firstly i'm proud to announce that Huron now work under the management of James Black @ Black Radar Management, who has awesome bands on his roster such as Collapse and Breed 77. Also we have teamed up with Dave @ Extreme Music Agency who is our new booking agent and is working his ass off to get us great shows and venues to bring our live performance closer to you!
 
We have also been busy writing and recording our new EP entitled 'War Party' one of the tracks from the album 'Room 174' recently featured on the covermount CD in the April issue of Metal Hammer. War Party is a 4 track EP which is due for release later this month! but can also be pre-ordered on our website..
 
Speaking of which! we have also upgraded our website!! so check that out guys for gig listings bio's, merch,. videos, tracks etc. www.huron-uk.com
 
And finally we have recently recieved our first big festival announcement of the year to play the new blood stage at BOA 2012. BRING IT!

and as you mentioned, YES!! huron are over the feckin moon to be part of this years Downlaod festival on the takeover stage! anyone who will be there on the night and has any questions about the band then don't be afraid to shout it out!!
 
We have also just recently announced that Huron is to play the Area 81 stage at the Bulldog Bash this year.. many more announcements to follow so watch this space!!

Just a few thank you's to everyone involved at this years Download and for making it an unforgettable experience for us at Huron. Special shout outs to our Huron crew who were wearing the shirts and huron mercy and being at front of the stage feeding us the adrenaline. you guys are the most amazing people i've ever had the pleasure to know!! also to the other 3,000 people in the tent.. whether you were there to just to get out of the rain or not, you were all making noise.. i couldn't hear my monitors it was that loud!! so a massive thanks to all of you.. and finally a big shout to the big man who helped us get through the stress of the day and for running the show smoothly is big phil! dude you are awesome and it was cool to meet you! hope the rest of the guys gave you a can of speckled hen in the van?!!!

Hey hevs!! Yeah I think we all got a peek at them, some class shots in there! Really appreciate you taking the time to shoot us. As for the scottish tour, we have plans in the pipeline, we did have a festival to play in glasgow this year but it got cancelled.. Shame how the music scene is going these days :/

So where you in the crowd in the Doghouse on the Thursday? it was a full house and Huron had such a great time playing they thought they would commemorate that day by putting some live footage from the Doghouse set into their brand new video called "Fight For Your Life"
