          Daily Mail are reporting Modric deal has been agreed, Madrid are paying £25m.
           
          Considering Chelsea bid £40m last season and got told to piss off and now Madrid are getting him for £15 less, that's a tad hilarious.

            Hoping there's an add on installed in that or a player coming the other way. I would say that is his market value, but I'd find it hard to digest that spurs couldn't get more out of Real after being so reluctant to sell all this time.

              considering how long it's dragged out, 25m is a low fee for Modric
              also, looks like Juve are after Llorente after RVP interest has cooled off

                    Don't see the fee to be that odd.
                     
                    Chelsea are rivals, hence the fee is increased. Madrid are not so the fee matches his real value or close to.

                      It's odd because they valued him at £40 million, to everyone.
                       
                      That's if it's true of course, I don't believe in any signings at the moment unless I've seen them holding up their new shirt.

                        Real will not pay that money for players like Modric, and once Modric hears real want him he wont go anywhere else... so the value is what they will deal at.
                         
                        the value was always unrealistic and the gamble hasnt paid off. Teams like Real and Barca can almost dictate what they pay because they are such a draw.
