Started off with this -

Vintage axxe - £189
Nice action and pickups but had some trouble with the cheap floyd rose, bought it mainly because i was young and it looked cool.

Moved onto this

Ibanez Prestige RG2550Z - £750
Love it, incredibly quick and easy to play. The necks really thin but the tone isnt particularly thick - not great for any rhythm parts.

Finally

ESP Eclipse II - £1050
Definitely my favourite. The EMG pickups are so meaty and great for playing metal. Also really good for lead parts.

Ive always used marshall amps and theyv never let me down

So guys, what do you lot have?

On a more serious note i'm thinking i should try and learn an instrument so i might pick myself up a bass guitar when i get some funding together.

het mathe its a sonor delite in walnut roots finish, the cymbals here are my older ones zildjian k ride, a custom hats, a custom chrashes, a custom splash, oriental china trash and a k custom crash. i have changed them all to K custom dark's and changed the china to a sabian HHX.

yea sonor kits are great imo better than DW, but to get a top of the range sonor SQ2 you may need to sell your house lol

i got the nitefly for £550 off of ebay about 9 months ago. I've fitted a Roland GK-3 pickup to it. i love the guitar, its one of my favorite in my collection. The other favorites being the fly deluxe and the fly Mojo :-)

where did you see one? i'm interested to know who still has fly's in stock. i know the distributor no longer stock them and is getting rid of the last of the stock. The fly mojo is one that i picked up from thier stock for stupid price also, but i cant say what :-) all i can say is i saved a good amount off of RRP! One of the guys who works in my local store took the Mojo Flame the same time as i got my mojo. he loved my deluxe so much and bugged my for a year and a half to sell it to him, he decided in the end to buy one!

when i spoke to sound technology the other week they had few nitefly SA's, Alders, Nitefly Mojo's and a Bronze fly left. It may be worth asking your local shop to see what they can get for you and what deal can be had.

either way you wont be dissapointed with what you get.
