Battle Royale

Has anybody else read this book? Got hooked on Battle Royale after watching the film, currently around 300 pages into it, has a really gripping story line. Definatly would recommend.

Im a big fan of Battle Royale 1.
I've only seen the film, not read the books, it was still nonetheless a very, very good film, with a strangely origional story line.

The translation is actually pretty good. There are a few examples of "Engrish" in the book, but they are few and far between.

I loved the films (1st is far superior to 2nd though obviously) and read the manga book series.
I would read the book, but with so many characters with unpronounceable names... no way I could keep track of it all.
.

Yeeah the book's pretty good - took me a while to get into it at the beginning though, all those NAMES..

The books amazing, the names didn't faze me at all, and I totally got into it straight away. Don't watch the second film though, it was pretty bad.

Read the book before watching the film. Found the film was completely rushed! The book was amazing though!
