After being subjected to a number of lineup changes and personnel difficulties since the first incarnation of the band was born in 2009, The Revenant have been riding on a high of a successful string of gigs since their current, and strongest lineup was completed in September 2011. Recordings are currently being arranged, and with a prized booking of opening up the Biker Bar at Americana International Festival in July, 2012 is looking to be a great year for the band!

Influences include Lamb Of God, Machine Head, August Burns Red, Periphery, Suicide Silence, Pantera and Architects, creating a fused amalgamation of these with a uniquely modern heavy metal edge.
