Favourite Download year :) Everything about it was amazing! Spent it with the most amazing person, seen all the bands i wanted to, Thin Lizzy, Alter Bridge, Mr Big and Skindred were just fantastic! Having a laugh in the rain because i was fully prepared with big boots, poncho and bin bags for protection i have never owned fabric boots 2010 or otherwise lol Had the best week

2011... my first download was amazing. we came as a group and had a whole trolley of stuff including a giant pink gazebo. i love that gazebo. (it sadly died in 2012). we had a belated bday bbq for my bf. which ended up being hello kitty themed. best bit was the bday cake. (we stuck glowsticks in french fancies). the friendliness of everybody. i had always been told that dl was big and scary and not that friendly but everyone was so lovely and i have lots of pics of just randomers who were in outfits. the bands... korn played an amazing set and soad were pretty good too. bowling for soup were phenomenal and disturbed were fantastic too. one of my favourite memories is the realisation that my bf actually loved me. as i was a bit of an eejit and took unwell on the sunday due to the weather and stuff. and he missed the sunday headliners in order to sit in our tent and look after me. now that is commitment. can't wait for 2013 cause he will be back with me again. i missed him in 2012. [(:|]
download 2011 - black camp. download 2012 - red camp. download 2013 - ervan camp.

Being at the front for Avenged on the Sat amazing set. Standing in the rain all day Sunday waiting for Disturbed and Linkin Park. Oh and the other half and myself laughing ourselves silly listening to my ex husband who was camped next to us getting an earbashing from his girlfriend on the phone for an hour and a half when he told her he was camped near us lol

This was my favorite Download by a way I think. Anti-Flag, SOAD, Skindred, King Blues, Gaslight Anthem, very strong lineup except for Def Leppard (though Pendulum made a good substitute)
Download 2013 - Bruce Springsteen (HRC) - The Menzingers - Reading 2013 - Soundgarden - Parquet Courts - Depeche Mode - Placebo

Highlights of 2011... System of a Down of course.... And laughing my head of because Rob got hypothermia during The Darkness because he was bored... and had to go to the welfare tent, and coming back to the Vodafone stage with a foil blanket and shaking from so much coffee that he was bouncing around his seat for Def Leppard.

being my first download, had a tiny tent and learnt that viscose doesn't keep you warm. basically all the packing mistakes! seeing A7X, missed out on those paper flags... Hollywood undead, followed by Down... then having 4 stewards try to lift me over the barrier to get out the pit before fainting. getting drenched on the Sunday watching Tursias
